1988 - 1999
Foundation & Precision
1988 - The Beginning Founded on August 18th, we began our journey in direct manufacturing, leading the industry transition from manual to automated biscuit production with our first generation of punch and cutting molds. 1990-1992 - Innovation in Materials We revolutionized the market by introducing roller cutting molds and pioneering the use of plastic molds, replacing traditional metal formats. We were also the first to introduce adhesive technology to the domestic market, setting a new industry standard. 1995 - The Digital Leap We fully integrated CAD, CAM, and CAE technologies into our mold design process. Operating under ISO9002 standards, we ensured that every millimeter of our design was backed by data and precision.
2000 - 2007
Integration of Research & Practice
2000 - "Real Food" Testing Base Unlike other machinery manufacturers, we believe in testing scenarios. We established an expansive food experiment base, including operational production lines for biscuits and crackers. This allows us to test our molds and machines in real production environments, not just in theory. Heritage Preservation We established the Biscuit Mold Exhibition Room, collecting mold samples from the late Qing Dynasty to the modern era, reflecting our respect for the craft and history of baking.
2008 - 2015
Expansion into New Neat Machine
2008-2010 - Manufacturing Scale-up Marking a major milestone, we officially launched our dedicated Food Machinery Division. We invested in a massive 10,000-square-meter facility to research and produce comprehensive lines, including biscuit, cracker, and puffed food equipment.
2012-2013 - Customization & R&D Our machinery business entered a mature phase. We expanded our facilities again to accommodate stricter quality control and to support fully customized specifications (from type 600 to 1200) for our global clients.
2016 - Present
Modernization & Global Standards
2016-2017 - Smart Manufacturing To meet international demand, we upgraded to a modern plant equipped with high-end manufacturing machinery. We implemented the 6S Management System, ensuring that our factory floor reflects the efficiency and cleanliness required by top-tier food manufacturers.
